I just stayed at a lovely spot in the city center! The outdoor saltwater pool was amazing! Though the rooms felt a bit dated, I'd DEFINITELY go back for the location!

Had perfectly pleasant stay with excellent customer service from Kia. The staff was very friendly and excellent, offered us laundry service and ironing free of charge. Location: the hotel was next to town centre, all rest / bars and many restaurants. It also was in a residential area.

This hotel is a great spot for a 2-night stay. the room was spacious and filled with light, plus it was spotlessly clean. There’s an amazing selection of dining options with fantastic food! 🍽️.

Jam, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. Queens gardens and other tourist spots were very close to this venue. Free parking was provided to the guests: )

The staff at Townsville Southbank Apartments was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our bedroom was quite nice, providing a comfortable space to relax. We enjoyed plenty of fabulous meals during our stay. the location was perfect, making it easy to access ferries and key attractions. it was conveniently close to bars, and we loved the nearby Yacht Club and takeout options.

From the Flinders Market to a wide variety of restaurants, we were able to explore the city with ease. The service provided was top-notch, with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities available in our room. The sitting area and dining table provided ample space for relaxation and meals. The patio with garden furniture was a lovely touch, allowing us to enjoy the balmy weather. The free toiletries, washing machine, and well-equipped kitchen added to the convenience of our stay. The flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floor made us feel right at home. The on-site facilities, including the swimming pool with sun loungers, garden area, and Wi-Fi availability, ensured that we had a relaxing and enjoyable time. The 24-hour reception and security provided a sense of safety, and we loved the option of dining at the on-site restaurant. this venue provided exceptional comfort and quality services.
